Known for his calculated decisions and well-placed tactics, he is able to keep a cool head when necessary and to take a step back to observe the facts from an objective point of view. At least, most of the time. Though he seems serious and no nonsense, he has a teasing side and tends to bully his old friend Lyle and his kouhai Carol. He’s prone to throwing a sarcastic or snarky remark when he feels the moment demands it, and is not against being blunt.

    Seemingly aloof at a first glance, Deset tends to care more than most about the people around him. When he’s set off, he does everything in his power to protect them, even if he has to use his body as a shield to do so. It is a trait that has been with him for years, to the point where Lyle has scolded him.

Background:

    Deset is well known in the organization for the main fact that he was one of the scarce few males attending St. Freya’s, as Honkai adaptability is rare in men. As a result, he often had to deal with being stared at and whispered about, leading to him generally keeping to himself unless outright approached.

I thought his name was Adam: I like Deset better and it's what I named him.

Spoilers: I'm fully caught up on APHO and mostly completed all side quests and etc. in the second half. I dropped HI3rd the game after the end of the simulator. Feel free to spoil away for the latter.

Timeline: I'm flexible about what verse & timeline I write Deset in, whether it's early APHO, an AU where it's his early school days at St. Freya, or even during HSR where I've done a lot of headcanoning for how he's operating at the moment.

Crosscanon & OCs: Hell Yes! I welcome both.

Shipping: M/F. I will admit I've got a hell of a giant bias towards Deset/Carol and Deset/Timido, as I adore both interactions. This doesn't, however, mean I will force a ship or the like. I'd love to just write Deset being his usual quietly snarky self interacting with his cast mates.
